Chef Miguel Garcia
Our Head Chef Miguel Garcia was born and raised in Madrid, where he owns and manages several restaurants. Chef Miguel works closely with Caprichos del Paladar in developing products and promoting our brand throughout Spain.
Chef Maria Jose San Roman
Chef and Restaurateur Maria Jose San Roman combines innovation and with Mediterranean tradition. Known for her untiring enthusiasm, curiosity and careful study of gastronomy, she is considered an international expert on a wide range of products including olive oil, saffron and bread. Chef San Roman works closely with Caprichos del Paladar in developing new products.

We cultivate and harvest our vegetables using time-honored, traditional methods while incorporating the latest technology. This allows us to produce exceptional quality products our customers have come to expect.

With more than 20 years of experience, Caprichos del Paladar can boast that, through our continuous innovation, our products favour each of the parts of the food chain: farmer, factory, distributor, restaurant or shop and the person who tastes them.
